Some of my favorite movie and tv lines

When I was a kid me and my sisters and brother would quote movie lines and see if the others could guess what movie it was off of. The stupid thing was that we pretty much always used the same lines. I thought I would name off a few:

'Hey you guys'
Goonies

'As you wish'
'I'm not a witch, I'm your wife. But after what you just said, I'm not even sure I want to be that any more.'
Princess Bride

'I carried a watermelon'
'Baby, is that your name?'
Dirty Dancing

'NOT THE MAMA!'
Dinosaurs

'How RUDE'
Full House

We tended to watch the same movies and shows over and over again, and I know I've got more mixed up in this brain of mine, but that's all I've got for you for now. I'm more interested in seeing your comments on some of those movie or tv lines that have stuck with you over the years.
Keep it clean peeps!!

"Inconceivable!" "You keep using that word - I don't think it means what you think it means" ~The Princess Bride

---------------------------

The following quote looses it's humor on paper, you really need to see this movie to understand why it is so funny. The boy that asks, "Don't you like children" says it in a really funny way. This may be my all time favorite movie.

Bit Boy: Mister, will you play with us?
Bit Boy: We need a nice tall man to play maypole.
Hank Entwhistle: I'm sorry, but I haven't time now.
Little Indian: Don't you like children?
Hank Entwhistle: Of course I like children.
Little Indian: Why are you mean to them then?
Hank Entwhistle: I'm not mean to them. ~Monkey Business with Carey Grant

------------------

"And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store? What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?"

~How the Grinch Stole Christmas

Ya I love Princess Bride, it's SO quotable!

How about...
"Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father prepare to die. "

"This is true love - you think this happens every day?"

"You rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles."

"He's right on top of us. I wonder if he is using the same wind we are using."

I LOVE This one...
Inigo Montoya: Who are you?
Westley: No one of consequence.
Inigo Montoya: I must know...
Westley: Get used to disappointment.
Inigo Montoya: 'kay.

"Let me 'splain.
[pause] No, there is too much. Let me sum up. Buttercup is marry' Humperdinck in a little less than half an hour. So all we have to do is get in, break up the wedding, steal the princess, make our escape... after I kill Count Rugen."

I bought Shiloh a shirt that said "No one puts Baby in the corner." I always liked that from Dirty Dancing and found it funny for a baby to wear on a shirt.

Okay, I could totally come up with a ton of quotes if you hadn't asked... Oh, here's one. Now you'll know I'm a total dork, since I actually watched this show. It's from Star Trek TNG (and it's Q speaking): "Your bedside manner is admirable doctor. I'm sure you patients recover quickly... just to get away from you." I can't believe I remember that! I was a young teen, maybe thirteen and Q was one of my favorite characters. It was probably his sarcasm that I enjoyed.

Those are all really funny. My husband and I are sitting here laughing at "Not the Mama". We loved that show. We use to watch it when our son was just an infant.
